Application Of 3,3-Diethoxy-1-Propyne
3,3-Diethoxy-1-propyne is a bifunctional three-carbon building block for organic synthesis to access conjugated diynes, enynes and dienes. 3,3-Diethoxy-1-propyne has been utilized to synthesize 3-boronoacrolein pinacolate and (E)-3-(tributylstannyl)-2-propenal. It has also been employed in a three-component synthesis of 3-(hetero)aryl-1H-pyrazoles.
